How active is the Black Ops 3 zombie community? [Xbox One]

    Posted: 08 Aug 2020 11:00 AM PDT

I've been thinking of buying Black ops 3 - Zombie chronicles edition.

How active is that community on Xbox One? How long you all usually wait to get 4 people in a match?

Black Ops 4 Zombies was good damn it (Rant)

    Posted: 08 Aug 2020 08:08 AM PDT

To this day, I still see people bash black ops 4 for such stupid reasons. They tried something new! Tried to shake up the same old formula, instead of just giving us more of the same. But because Juggernog was removed, or because the create a class system was too confusing to use, people just like to bash the fuck out of it. It just proves, innovation is dead.

How can we as a community demand new and change when we can't even give black ops 4 a chance? This game did so much, and made certain things so much better, that I'm grateful for this game. Maybe it wasn't the best zombies experience, but it was a good game and a lot of fun.

To start off, they made so many quality of life changes that nobody seems to appreciate. They made nukes take a second to spawn in. They made max ammo completely fill your gun and your current clip. They keep track of how many times you completed the easter eggs and what your fastest time was.

I dont mind that they got rid of jug, speed, and dt. What Jason said is fucking true, people buy those perks everytime anyway, so implementing them into the gameplay was a good idea. People like to complain that people still use the same perks anyway, but I disagree with that statement. There are so many combinations and useful perks you can use for different situations, it makes the game more fun to play.

Wanna camp? Throw on stronghold. Wanna train? Stamin up modifier is a good one to use. Wanna use your equipment more? Timeslip is an excellent choice. Quick revive allows you to regain health faster, PhD is back! (Which people ignore because its not the same as PhD flopper apparently). There are so many perks for so many different situations, who cares if we use one or two perks everytime.

Then there's the people who whine about blue screens. Yes the game maybe wasn't stable on launch, but thats definitely not Treyarchs fault. It is totally Activisions fault for forcing them to publish an unfinished game. Activision was so scared of Red Dead Redemption 2, they forced their best developers to push out an inferior product. But hey, the game got patched and its all better now. So to those people, just shut your fucking mouths, its ancient history.

Then theres the complaining about it being too easy. Jesus are you kidding me? What about black ops 3 and the many MANY over powered gobblegums. Also, Treyach made difficulty modes, so if you think the game is too easy, switch it up! Jesus, people put black ops 3 on a pedestal when it did just as much bullshit as black ops 4. Maybe the specialists was a bit op, that I can agree on.

Lastly, there's the people who complained about the aether maps being remakes. Like god, we can't win with you people. I just love how there's a whole other story going on thats completely brand new and original, and people just completely ignore it. Chaos story just gets pushed to the side and left to rot in the corner.

Also, people were begging for these maps to be remade. Remember all that hype around zombie chronicles 2? Remember how people were foaming at the mouth for mob of the dead remastered? Well Treyarch takes it a step further and completely remakes them with new areas and stories, and people just shit all over it. (Btw, BOTD > MOTD, yeah I said it).

Also, the story in Black ops 4 was so much more better and interesting. Richtofen sacrifices himself and gives control to Nikolai. Ultimis and Primis team up??? Victis returns?? Like so many curve balls. The finale for tag, just so good. But oh nooo, because it wasn't animated, it's inferior and stupid.

Black ops 3 was just the same shit. Richtofen is in charge, leading the group around collecting stuff. Then at the end, they get screwed. Black ops 4 at least changed it up, made things totally different and unexpected.

Overall, give Black Ops 4 a chance. If you just judge it on launch day alone, or what YouTubers say about it (cough Mrroflwaffles cough) then you have absolutely no right to call Black Ops 4 bad. It's just a different experience and way to play. People need to stop just jumping on the bandwagon of hate and learn to try it for themselves.

    Finally playing Zombies.

    Posted: 08 Aug 2020 12:18 PM PDT

After 4 years I have finally given in and am playing through the BO3 Zombies maps. I don't know why I waited so long to do this but it feels good to finally take on the challenge. Just finished Der Eisendrache and I'm going to take on Zetsubo over the next few days. I just want to beat the maps and watch the cutscenes. What gums do you recommend for any of the maps?

    Origins Setup Tips

    Posted: 08 Aug 2020 10:51 AM PDT

    Hey everyone!

I'm just getting into Origins and I'm finally at the point where I'm comfortable with the complexity, and feel confident building everything the map has to offer. My question for the more experienced Origins players is this:

At what round do you plan on having certain things built by? For example, each game you play when do you aim to have each staff built, upgraded, etc.

I really am just trying to improve my efficiency to the point where I can make an Easter egg attempt. Any tips would be great!

Edit: BO3 Zombies, however I rarely use OP gobble gum

    Origins solo door price

    Posted: 08 Aug 2020 11:19 AM PDT

On the chronicles version of origins when I play solo, sometimes the first/second doors cost 500/750 and sometimes they cost 750/1000.

I don't know if the same thing happens on bo2 origins but this is really annoying and I have to restart about every other game
