- I like how YouTubers and general players thought we were getting Double Tap because it was "teased" in Deisel, well I checked the Campaign mission where you end up in this place and it's there, so it's not teased for the next map. Not saying we aren't getting it because we will, just not yet.

Posted: 03 Jul 2021 06:19 AM PDT I really enjoy Onslaught containment, and I wouldn't have stayed with the game if it hadn't been there as a secondary option. Most of my issues with it have been fixed, but what would really help it out would be if we could choose which map we were playing beforehand. Most of the time I only care for two maps and I have to repeatedly queue up until I get one of the two. It gets really annoying and can be a discouragement to playing the game. [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 02 Jul 2021 11:56 AM PDT For some reason everyone was convinced we would get double tap [Because of an ad on diesel and nothing else.] I don't really know why it matters to people? We don't know what buffs mule kick will give us. And we don't know what double tap would do for us. Double tap would be nerfed, and might not even increase damage. Also due to attachments, base level Double Tap probably only increases firerate by like 15% and nothing more. And we already know the health changes are being reverted, so no, double tap is not essential. Mule kick, having a 3rd weapon will have a use for many people. You can carry up to 3 different AATs [On DM, Napalm for Plaguehound dispatchal, Dead Wire for Megatons, and your preferred AAT for standard, probably cryo.] Or you can carry your main gun, a WW, and a knife to increase the power of your knife and add an AAT. Tier V melee can really save your ass in a corner just like a scorestreak or field upgrade as it buys you a lot of time. And now said melee can trigger an AAT like brain rot or shatter blast to get you out of the corner. Even if none of those are useful, you can choose not to take a 3rd weapon at all, and get the tier modifiers like ammo, extra grenades and maybe an extra support item. It will all depend on the tier's bonuses. Hell, for all we know there's a tier that buffs the stats of your mule kicked weapon! [link] [comments] | ||

Why do both zombies and multiplayer attachments do the same thing? Posted: 02 Jul 2021 09:40 PM PDT When looking at all the zombies attachments compared to the multiplayer attachments you see that they have relatively the same stats (besides increase equipment drop), I was wondering why this is and maybe if this is why all the weapons feel weak (beside the obvious healthcap that is soon to be reverted). My prime example of this would be the sniper class, snipers for the most part have terrible bullet penetration and super slow fire rate (when packed) and I feel like this could be remedied by having unique attachments that actually matter. I'd love to see weapons like the krig 6 not have +5% strafe speed or +5% attachments as they are very useless (because of how little they change) instead if they had a higher value, something like +20% slide speed, or if they outright changed what it buffs/debuffs as an attachment. I feel like it should be more inline with fire rate/bullet velocity. [link] [comments] | ||

What if Mule kick tier V could be swap damage? Posted: 02 Jul 2021 11:46 PM PDT So we all know that zombie health got buffed and were hoping that double tap would help alleviate that. However it has been confirmed that Mule kick will be coming out. So I'm wondering what do you think the likelihood is of a swap damage mod for the tier V. Probably not but I thought it could be cool? A lot of complaints I have seen so far is that there is no reason to use 2 weapons let alone 3. So what if switching between weapons gave you a damage boost for a short time? For example: Tier V: switching weapon provides 25%-50% bonus damage for 10 seconds. This would obviously have some kind of cooldown, but it could be a good way to get short bursts of damage and make you think about which weapons to keep to rely on that burst damage. Potentially it could even stack! Maybe up to 3 times? For example you could double or triple switch to have a crazy high crossbow or sniper shot to put a good dent into a Soldat or an Orda, if say you stacked up 150% bonus damage. Could make for some interesting strategies? Just a rough idea let me know what you all think! [link] [comments] | ||
