An edit I made of another post.

MASSIVE proof there are TWO EE's on Tag Der Toten (With proof)

    Posted: 24 Sep 2019 02:41 AM PDT

There are two parts of this proof. Most of us know about the Mars sky dome by now. This secret area leads us to a small boat by a scenic spot with the planet Mars in view. Now interestingly, Stuhlinger says this in the spawn area by one of the boats. We already know that Victis maps have gotten multiple endings before (Tranzit?), why should TDT be any different?

The second part is actually about the TDT trailer posted on Treyarch's channel. The link skips to 50 seconds in, where we can see the camera zooming out from the map toward the sea. This is in the direction toward the secret area. There is also a peculier and out of place generator from the trailer. These are the same generators used in the original Call of the Dead easteregg. This is the actual location of the generator in the map. It looks like we can snipe it from the one end of the ship.

Now here's the great question. Why would they give us a sniper rifle wunderwaffe for this map, if we never need to use its scope for the "main easteregg"?

Last but not least, the trailer fades to black and white as we approach the location of the secret spot. I believe this is symbolism for the eclipse that Mars will cast on the sun. (This one is a bit of a stretch).

Edit: If you zoom in to the overhead view, the generator is only slightly above the circle I drew, definitely can be seen from the ship. YOU CAN SEE VICTIS IN THE SECRET AREA IN THE TRAILER

BIG EDIT: This is Pablos spleen. It glows, and apparently can hold square on it during the "boss fight". It is in Upper Catwalk.

Opinion: BO2 had the best Zombies ending.

For all the shit this game gets, we have to show our respect for Craig, Jason, Jimmy, and everyone that have spent the last ten years working so hard to give us this amazing experience. Thank you guys. It’s been one hell of a ride

Black Ops 4 does not exist

    Posted: 23 Sep 2019 09:18 PM PDT

I refuse to believe that these maps were actually created and added to the Aether storyline, Revelations was the end. The ending to this god forsaken game is so unbearably bad it makes my head hurt. Since WaW everything the crew has done was for nothing. Seriously? That's the ending you go for?

No boss fight, no animated cut scene, no Monty, no Shadowman. What an absolute joke. My heart goes out to the folks that bought the Black Ops Pass expecting quality because you got bent, at least you got two DLC maps that had quality but it's for a story most don't care about and likely won't be continued.

At least we got microtransactions and a battle royale mode, right Treyarch?

Plotholes and why the ending was like that

    Posted: 23 Sep 2019 11:04 PM PDT

    1. Dr. Monty literally ignored the crew, even though he knew they were plotting against him. He killed Maxis because he sent the kids away, but he couldn't be bothered to chase them? Does he open a cold one and just wait for him to be eradicated?
    2. The Great War was teased ever since BO2 and even more prominently in BO4 (Samantha telling Eddie they fight the Great War, Nikolai telling the crew they gonna fight it, Great War Richtofen making a suprise appereance in Blood) and the only thing we see about it is a 5 second drawn-cutscene.
    3. What's up with the eyecolors again? We always assumed Monty was red since GK but that didn't make much sense in this map. You'd think if Monty sents Zombies after the crew he'd knew that they are about to reset everything but again... he's too lazy to get directly involved?
    4. Six of the characters dying of poisoning. While the thought of them dying was always something that had to happen at one point it was really anticlimactic. You'd think that those people that have tons of 115 in their blood, gotexperimented on and literally stood in a nuclear wasteland would also survive a cup with a bit poison in it.
    5. The whole setup. Primis will fail, Ultimis will prevail? Monty can't see those with a soul? Suddendly none of it mattered.
    6. Speaking of Ultimis, why did they got recruited again? They didn't contribute to the story apart from Zombie Richtofen speaking with Victis. However Primis could've easily opened the Cryo Chamber in Blood and just tell them there to build the device.
    7. Speaking of Ultimis amd Primis. Why did they have to die again? They destroyed the Summoning Key and closed the Multiverse, there wasn't any need to kill them off. And don't tell me it's because of the 115 influence. Samantha lives and has more powers than Richtofen himself, being able to teleport and use KI Beams to literally split a Aphoticon in half.
    8. Victis being the last playable crew. While I have nothing against them they don't deserve the finale. Primis/Ultimis should've been the playable crew.
    9. Lackluster Easter Egg. Most of the Easter Egg was: Oh hey shoot a orb, throw a snowball at it, shoot it, listen to quote, repeat. I don't know why Treyarch does it but they basically guided you through the whole Easter Egg just like in AO.
    10. No bossfight. Again, imagine warping to the Aether together with Pablo and seeing the Great War in the distance while you fight Dr. Monty with Primis, Victis, Ultimis, Pablo and Sam
    11. Destroying the Key sends the Aphoticons and Keepers into the Dark Aether, but guess what started the whole 115 thing the first time... The Aphoticons escaped the Dark Aether with the MPD sooooo... there goes another Multiverse I guess.
    12. The lack of emotion (also because of the cutscene style the went with). We just see 6 of the characters dead on the floor and then Richtofen getting shot and Nikolai shot offscreen. Imagine how more powerful this would've been in 3D.

So overall it seems like 3Arc had a different ending in mind but because of Money Drawbacks and less workforce they had to rewrite it a the very end. Even the hidden Skybox pointed to something bigger, everything leading up to this last map has pointed to an epic war between the Keepers, Aphoticons and Monty but then everything got swept under the rug.

There is some stuff I like about the cutscene and small details like: Richtofen said that he cared for Primis shortly after teleporting to Blood. He gave the Kronorium away because he knows that he cant kill them off (Which I don't even think was required for what they've done) and thus give Nikolai the task to kill them. But overall, the game was rushed from front to back, Treyarch prioitised other gamemodes and lacked support for Zombies since the beginning. The CoD 2020 drawback gave them their final push and they just rushed the story to an end without a meaning.

[SPOILER] Ultimis Dempsey was the first and the last one of our characters to speak in the story

    Posted: 24 Sep 2019 04:21 AM PDT

As Steve Blum pointed out in the interview during the stream, Dempsey was the first of our characters to speak. He turned out to be the last one to do so too.

I respect Jason and Craig for giving us such an incredible journey. Aether deserved better but showing hostility isn't the answer

Don't attack Treyarch these guys deserve some credit for giving us some unbelievable memories. Sure the ending was disheartening for many of us. I made some life long friends with zombies and will still cherish those memories of playing Nacht for the very first time

My advice to many of you smile because zombies happened. Remember your fondest memories growing up with this wonderful storyline. Without our passion and desire as a community zombies would never have evolved to what it became today
