Rank the Easter Eggs from easiest to hardest

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 12:21 PM PDT

Yesterday I made a post asking about the easiest bo4 easter egg, but now I'm curious about the difficulty level of every main easter egg quest in treyarch zombies, starting with Ascension in bo1. So I'm curious about your guys' opinions. Rank the following maps' easter eggs from easiest to hardest as best as you can:

    • Ascension
    • Call of the Dead
    • Shangri La
    • Moon
    • Tranzit
    • Die Rise
    • Mob of the Dead
    • Buried
    • Origins
    • Shadows of Evil
    • Der Eisendrache
    • Zetsubou No Shima
    • Gorod Krovi
    • Revelations
    • Voyage of Despair
    • IX
    • Blood of the Dead
    • Dead of the Night
    • Ancient Evil
    • Alpha Omega
    • Tag Der Toten

Obviously the WaW maps + Kino and five aren't on here bc they don't have easter egg quests, and The Giant is too easy to really count, and Classified is just one step (reach round 150 if I'm not mistaken), so they didn't make the list. So rank the listed ones and give me your thoughts

Is BO3 zombies for PS4 worth getting into in 2020?

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 05:04 AM PDT

tl;dr: Should i buy BO3 to play zombies in 2020 even if none of my friends actually have it, so i would need to play solo or with stangers?

Hey! So i used to play zombies all the time when BO1 was out (bought all the expansions) and I loved every minute of it. But when BO2 came out i never really got into sucked into Transit so i decided to cut my losses and sell the game to a friend. That was the last call of duty i ever bought.

Fast forward to today, because of the whole coronavirus situation me and some friends took our old PS3's out of the closet and have been playing BO1 zombies a ton.

This got me thinking about buying a more recent COD game (I own a PS4), and after some digging around on the internet BO3 seemed liked the best choice (I can get it for much cheaper then BO4 and it seems to be the most universally loved), even though the season pass will make it not that cheap.

So now im wondering should I go for it? (Are there still people playing it? / Is it worth it? / Should i just buy BO4? Or should i just forget about it and keep playing BO1)

PS: None of my friends have BO3 or BO4, so I would have to find strangers online to play it

Is BO4 worth it JUST for Zombies?

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 10:57 AM PDT

Shall I pick up BO4 for some new zombie experiences? I really want to play the new maps but I want to know if it's actually worth the money?

I've played all the zombies maps since WAW and enjoy the storyline, is BO4's EE's/Storyline/gameplay worth it?

Earliest I have ever completed this EE also used BO1 guns.

How would you reccomend I set up in Der Eisendrache?

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 07:49 AM PDT

Hey fellas, just got BO3 recently and bought Der a few days ago, love the map but I've seen people unlock PAP and the bow as early as round 4, but I find that at the earliest I can do that by round 7 just because I do not have enough points to open all the starting doors.

Could I get tips on how you like to set up? I'd appreciate it

    Der Eisendrache Keeper step clarification

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 03:59 AM PDT

I've seen a handful of posts regarding this step recently, and there has been quite a bit of confusion about the requirements of this step in the past as well. The same questions are returning here and there: "can I do it 2 players, 2 bows?", "the seal won't absorb souls", stuff like that.

While it is always told in the answers that offline/ unranked requires all 4 bows, while online/ranked private matches can be done with 1 bow for each player. However, some details were barely touched on, and since I couldn't find any posts that were addressing these details (excuse my lack of competence with reddit's search tool if that's the case), I thought it would be a good idea to share them.

I've been attempting this EE with a friend lately, and since I've been a solo player before, we ran into some complications.

    • it turns out that if you start an extra bow quest, you need to finish it, or the seal won't accept souls after the first 2 locations.
    • only 1 bow can feed souls for each seal
    • in case you need all bows, 1 goes for each seal, and you need a certain amount of kills rather than a full round
    • if you have 1 bow for each player, but less than 4 players, the keeper seems to move at the end of the round as long as you fed some souls to the seal; when we had to deal with the Panzer, I used the fire bow to kill it, and got a few souls in the process, while my friend kept us safe with the storm bow - no souls flew into the seal from those kills, but the keeper moved on at the end of the round regardless

If you knew all this, good for you, we certainly did not. I had some trouble finding comments mentioning some of these since like I said, most of the questions can be answered by clarifying how to configure your game (private ranked/online, otherwise all 4 bows), but so far I've only seen 1 comment on the first point.

There's some room to explore, but this is more likely to have been found out already: is there a specific order if all 4 bows are used, or are they tied to locations? Makes preparation and progression a bit smoother, but we had no trouble doing this via trial and error (we started all 4 quests, but only finished 2, so we needed all 4 in the end). The order of the bows is random and unrelated to locations, as a commenter informed me.

I hope I could help someone who also hasn't come across these details but was looking for them.

Where is Nicolai's soul after he dies in Tag Der Untoten?????

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 12:12 PM PDT

Translate this text into English, I'm just lazy to write in English xD

Did the Spaceland astronaut helms ever get solved?

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 07:26 AM PDT

Was going back to look at some maps to replay and try to do the small eggs and noticed the round 6000 astronaut helmet thing. Just curious if it was actually doable or kind of a troll from the devs or something.
